How long is the average wait time.

If you get there 15 minutes before they open, you usually get seats right away. Parking is scarce though

Do they do take out? They do not seem to answer their phone ever, and the message is from New Years (don't know what year).

No reservations either. Go there, wait in line, and enjoy some of the best ramen in Socal
